I assume you had a drive failure?
1. remove old harddrive by using the clip on the HD bracket and slide it out.
2. install replacement HD into HD tray
3. Insert HD with tray into the server
4. If the server does not start reconstructing the data to that HD, you will need to go into Dell Open Manage array manager and choose to rebuild that array using that new HD you put it.
