This is something that should be handled by an expert mechanic. The ignition switch is a very delicate part of your car, one mess up and you might not be able to start it again.
The bumpers for a 1972 Plymouth will fit a 1973 Plymouth duster with a little fabrication.
all depends on the shape it's in and dodge never made the duster, plymouth did.
switch should be on the bottom of the steering column ,probably have to drop the two bolts on console to get to it

If you have a replacement ignition switch for the same bike. You take the retaining nut off the end of the key barrel and slide it out and you unplug it, then you plug in the new one and put the new key barrel back in and tighten the nut.
