The solenoid for the TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) may be bad or shorted.
This inside the transmission and if you are lucky inside the easy to get off oil pan. Some require removal of the transmission for repair.

I have a 1997 Chevy k1500 5.7l and recently discovered the following trouble codes p0740 p0753 p0758 p0785 p1860 most are dealing with tcc solenoids please help with any info on replacing?
I know this sounds strange, but replace the ignition switch (not the lock cylinder/where the key goes) it's about $120 - $170 depending on the parts store you get it from but low voltage from the switch seems to effect the Transmission....

They all are problems with the transmission. Torque converter solenoid, 1-2, 2-3 shift solenoids, etc. It's fairly uncommon for all of them to go out at once. I wouldn't know where to begin looking for a problem on that transmission.
