Not too difficult, drain the oil, jack up the Jeep and set jack stands on the frame so that when you losen the kack the suspension drops to its lowest point, then you will have room to remove the pan bolts, drop the pan, clean it up and replace the gasket, I would add some oil resistant rtv to either side for good measure, then tighten the bolts to spec.

Oil pans on Hyundai vehicles are on by several mounting bolts and nuts. Once remove the gasket for the oil pan will need replacement. Replace the gasket and reinstall the oil pan.
Drain the engine oil. unbolt the pan and lower it as far as possible. If the pan is difficult to take completely out, see if you can reach around it to remove all of the old gasket and sealer. Carefully slide the new gasket in place, moving it inder the crank as you work it onto the pan. Add sealant, then rebolt the pan into place with the proper torque.
drain the oil form the drain plug on the pan, then unbolt the pan, and change the gasket. Rebolt the pan and refill the oil. Good luck
I needed to change the oil pan on my Camry and couldn't get a gasket at any of the local dsicount shops. I called the nearest Toyota dealer and the service guy told me that he doesn't replace the gasket. Instead he uses RTV silicon, I did the same and haven't had a problem.
First try snugging up the oil pan bolts but if that doesn't work you'll have to change the oil pan gasket.
you remove the oil pan, clean the gasket surfaces, install the new gasket and the oil pan.
