Jack up and support the rear end. Remove the rear wheels. Remove the two bolts that hold the caliper brackets to the axle housing. Remove the calipers and support them in such a way that there is no stress on the brake hoses. The rotors should slide off. They may need a little encouragement with a soft face hammer. Inspect the parking brake linings and hardware while you're in there.
