You have to take off the wiper arm and then take the nut off of the post that the arm attaches to.
On the inside of the van take the trim panel off of the tailgate,then you can get at the bolts that hold the wiper motor onto the tailgate.
You will have to remove the wiper arms, then remove the cowl, and then the wiper motor.
Replace wiper motor with a new one. Do not install a rebuilt motor on this vehicle.
Replace the wiper motor with a NEW one (do not use a rebuilt!)

Are you sure it's the wiper motor ? I had problems with the rear wiper motor not working on two of my previous vehicles. Cheerokee and Tribute. They both had seized shaft. The shaft going from the motor to the wiper arm goes right through a bushing and that's where the problem occures. Over time the shaft rust and seize up. All you have to do is to clean the shaft and lubricate it. I hope you have the same problem I had, its a lot cheaper to clean it all up then to buy a new motor.
