Remove the rear wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.

Drivers Under dash Fuse and relay box. It is Fuse #11 on a 2004 Odyssey and its a 10Amp. It controls the Rear wiper motor and front and rear washers.
To change the wiper motor on a 2010 Honda Pilot, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. Remove the wiper arms by loosening the nuts at the base and lifting them off. Next, take off the plastic cover at the base of the windshield, then unbolt the wiper motor from its mount and disconnect the electrical connector. The 2006 Honda Odyssey takes a 26" drivers and 22" passenger side. See related link below. The rear blade is a special 16" wiper that can be difficult to find in stores.
