Drivers Under dash Fuse and relay box. It is Fuse #11 on a 2004 Odyssey and its a 10Amp. It controls the Rear wiper motor and front and rear washers.

My 1999 draws fluid from the main tank in the engine compartment, I assume your is the same. If you look under the washer fluid tank, see if you see two small pumps, if there are two, then that's the only fluid tank. If there's only one pump, there's probably a fill hole with a plug either between the rear hatch weatherstrip and the body, or in a side compartment behind one of the tail lights.

Some knob probably had it apart at some point and clipped the connectors for both washer pumps onto the wrong pump. The pumps will be at the base of the washer fluid reservoir. Disconnect the connectors at the pumps and clip them onto the opposite pump. Should fix your problem.

The rear washer feeds from the same reservior as front, if you look you have 2 pumps in reservior.
