If you look at the inner tie rod you will see that it is connected to the vehicle in two places. You can see how to disconnect it from the wheel with just a bolt I believe. Then there is a boot on it. If you carefully (try not to break the boot) pull the boot forward on the tie rod (towards the wheel) you will unveil another bolt that connects it. Also, if you buy the part and look at it, it is very self explanatory.
Remove Door Panel. Peel Back Water Barrier. Unscrew latch. Remove two bolts holding the handle inner to the handle bezel(outer). Remove the Anti-Theft shield with force. Remove handle. Reverse Process
You will need to remove the inner panels to gain access.

You will need to completely or at least mostly remove the inner plastic wheel well. Once that is out of the way, unplug the connector from the lamp. Remove the lamp by giving it a quarter turn.
