In order to replace the cam sensor on a Buick Regal 3.8L, you must first access the main dash board from the back by either entering the hood or removing the panel, and then crossing the two wires in question.

Open the trunk lid looking inside the trunk lid remove the 8 or9 plastic wingnut that hold the outer panel to the trunk, replace the lights and reinstall the panel in reverse order.

I have a 93 and the signal relay is on the passenger side beneath the glove box. You can reach it by pulling the plastic panel out so that you can see and replace the flasher.
check in the glove box....there should be an access panel there
I have a 2001 Buick Regal and in order to change the tail lights or Lic. plate lights you must first open the trunk lid. Now look inside the trunk lid you will see 8 or 9 plastic wingnuts, remove these wingnuts and the complete plastice panel can be removed from the trunk lid. Simply replace the buned out lights and reinstall the panel. TAL
I have a 99 Buick LS. I had the same problem and had to replace the Climate Control Panel. Brand new, they're about $425 but there is a guy on Ebay who will sell you a refurbished one for $80 plus refundable $100 for your old one. They are easy to put in.
