you don't need to replace it. there easy to fix. you just unbolt it(sometimes you have to take the exhaust manifolds off first.) dismantle the starter and clean up the brushes and all the inner workings. i use Lucas oil to lube it up. make sure all the wires are intact and covered with tape (thats a common issue.). then slapper together and strapper on.
