More than likely the flasher relay is defective, replace it.

If all the bulbs are good and the fuse is good meaning the lights light up. first check the flasher if it is good the only thing it can be is the clockspring under the stering wheel this controls turn signals aswell as cruise and other function.

Try to replace that, or you may just look at it and see if it is burned up somewhere, and replace that section of wire. We did, and have had no probs since. Good luck! It's not the bulbs,eh?
