You pay someone to do it. Seriously though, it is an enormous PITA. I am about to tackle mine this weekend, and I plan to spend two full days working on it. You have to removed the ENTIRE dash (and pay a shop to drain the system beforehand naturally). Find the factory service manual and follow the steps closely so you don't break any small plastic tabs that are part of the dash.
