On the headset earpiece there is a slot labeled battery. Insert a coin (penney) to open and replace the battery.
Buy a new one if you can't replace the headset's battery, as the battery is dead.
Yes you can replace the battery in the Blue parott headset. Just remve the two small Phillips head screws and lift off the cover. Then unpug the two wire connector (that is pluged into a circuit board.) to remove the old battery, then do the reverse to install the new battery. Much easier than it sounds.
To fix a Sony headset receiver truly depends on the issue at hand. If its a connection issue, simply adjust the wireless settings for the headset and it should be able to connect. As far as internal issues, contacting Sony themselves may be able to help and if the device is still under warranty then a replacement could be sent out to replace the broken headset.

If you need a battery then there is nothing that can replace it.
About the only way to fix this is to replace the damaged part with a new one. This is probably not practical on a headset.

looks like it's hammer time, i have had one of these in my shop for 2 years and have yet to figure out how to replace the battery's in it. it does work on he stand but turns off soon as it is removed. it's going on ebay ! 1/18/12 as/is.
