Change blower fan control switch in the dash
There is a Blower Motor Resistor Pack. Either the blower motor speed control switch itself is defective or the Resistor Pack is bad.
If there is current going through the wire to the blower switch, try bypassing the switch with a jumper wire. If the blower motor works, then replace the switch. If the blower motor does not come on, then you probably need to replace the blower motor.
replace the switch.
propably need to replace the blower control switch/resistor
If you are referring to the blower motor only working on the high speed setting, then the problem is the blower motor Resistor Pack is defective. Replace it. It can be the blower motor speed control switch but not likely.
Defective blower motor, blower motor resistor pack, or blower motor speed control switch.

replacing the volume control switch on 2008 flhx how to replace the volume control switch on 2008 flhx
There is a relay switch on the back of the main selector switch. If this part goes bad many times the blower will either work on high only or will not work at all. Replace this blower switch, more than likely this is the problem.
Just completed this job. You'll need to remove the HVAC control head, not too hard a job...just remove dash trim, pull control head by releasing side tabs, remove electrical connections at the rear. Once out of the dash, there is a black switch that sits behind the blower speed control. there's plastic piece that must be removed before you can remove the switch. replace and reinstall. You should be able to find the replacement part on Amazon for $15 or so. Good luck.
