How do you replace the bulb in a Ford Windstar cornering light?

There are screws that connect the outer portion of the fender (the black painted part) to a black plastic piece underneath the car and going up into the wheel well. From the point where it goes from horizontal (ahead of the wheel well) to vertical, remove three screws in both directions. You may have to get a pair of locking pliers (vise-grips) to start them.
Once removed you can lay on the ground and look up into the space where the light is. You can twist and remove to replace the bulb, and it also looks like there's enough room to get tools up in there if you have to replace the lens. Bulb: 3156k
