cut it with a sawsall and weld it into place! your better off just taking it to a muffler shop! its faster, they can get the truck in mid- air using a hoist which is a whole lot easier and you'll save yourself the headache!

The upstream sensor is screwed into the exhaust manifold behind the engine. The downstream is screwed into the pipe after the catalytic converter.
There are not two catalytic converters. Working towards the muffler from the flange, you have a RESONATOR, a CATALYTIC CONVERTER and finally a MUFFLER.
