Parking brake not adjusted properly? Frozen brake caliper?
You will need to use the universal brake lines sold at auto stores. You can check at a Chrysler dealer but I think they are discontinued there.
remove the brake calipers and then remove the bolts holding the brake caliper bracket. once this is done the rotor will slide right off. It may need a good hit or two with a rubber mallet to loosen it up if its rusted.
The bleed screw is by the thermostat housing it looks like a brake bleed screw
the turn signal/hazard flasher is located under the dash between the brake pedal and the fuse block.
one common reason is that some brake fluid may have leaded out of one of the front wheel brake cylinders. Usually the car will jerk to the opposite direction of the leaking brake cylinder. Check the inside of the the wheel/tire and see if there are oil stains from the leak. if so you can replace the brake cylinder or sometimes change the dirt seals on the brake cylinder.
The light bulb unit is found underneath the carpet behind each tail light area. Remove the plastic screws holding the trunk carpet to the interior sides behind the rear lights, follow the wiring to the center of the tail light, this is the light bulb unit-unscrew and remove.
I have a "93 concorde, with the light in the back window... I have to open the trunk lid, and reach underneath the unit. There are two bulbs in mine, the housings both twist out with a 1/4 turn(they are keyed with large and small slots as are typical of bulb housings, so they must be oriented properly to be re-installed. these bulbs can be removed by pulling straight out, I believe they are a #921, but should be printed on the base of the glass part of the bulb....hope this helps.
