The clock unit is held into place by two screws. To access these screws, the black plastic dash panel needs to be removed. First: Remove the screw down near the pedals by the center console. The lower panel should now be able to be pulled out enough to access the screws holding the black dash panel. Second: There are 3 screws along the bottom, 2 to the left of the steering column, 1 to the right. There are also 2 screws on the underside of the black panel above the gague cluster. Remove all 5 screws. The black plastic should now be able to be pulled away. You might have to use a little force to get the clips to let loose. Third: Disconnect all the wire connections and the dash surround should be free. Finally: Take out the 2 screws and the clock unit should be free. The clock should come apart in two halves by undoing the clips around it. The light bulb is on the circut board and takes a partial turn to slide it out. Do it all in reverse to put it back together.
