If it is similar to the zt3000, nx7000, x1000 series, then there is an unmarked small square cover on the underside of the chassis next to the docking connector. Pry this off with a small screwdriver and you will find the clock battery. That and the main battery are the only ones on these models.

You do not want to take it apart without this since there are times when you need to pry things apart and times when you should not because of hidden screws.
