If you mean the light bulbs for turn signal twist them counter clockwise as indicated on light assembly. Then pull out. There is a dimple on each blubber and it must slide up a hole and groove in the socket or light harness assembly
check to see if your tail lights are also out if so replace fuse and the dash lights should be ok
there non replaceable you have to get a new cluster.
High and low beams have differant filaments. You have to replace the bulbs.
The fog lights on a Chevy Malibu can be reached from under the car. Pull off the old lights and toss out the bulb. Replace with a new bulb and reinsert the light in the fog housing.
You need to remove the dash in order to get back there to replace any blown bulbs.
Remove the socket from the rear of the fixture, remove faulty bulb from socket and replace with good bulb and replace socket in fixture. Fini!
3rd brake light or rear brake lights?
open the back hatch or doors. in the lower corner you will see the Philips head screw take them out and wiggle the hole light ficture out replace the bulb and put it beck together. note do not torque the screws to much they will strip.
Sometimes you have to break it with a hammer to get it out. They can be tough to get off at times. They are suppose to just lift off.
