How do you replace the fan relay fuse on a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

the fan relay is underneath the passanger side head light. remove head light and the plastic under it and you will see it bolted to the frame them. un screw and plug in the new one. you might have to crack some of the plastic if you dont want to remove the front bumper no big deal you cant see it and it doesnt effect anything.
