The blower motor resistor is located under the front dash on the passenger side of the truck. It is a fairly simple job to replace...maybe 15 minutes. You don't. The filter is integrated into the fuel pump module, located inside the fuel tank. To replace the filter, you must replace the entire fuel pump module. To replace that module, you must first either remove the fuel tank or the truck box.

do the headlights not work usually the switch is ok the problem may be the integrated controll module which is the silver metal module screwed into tha front of the fuse box.it controls power to many items in the truck the headlights includedits like a big electronic relay when it gets signal from headligth switch it turns them on.alot of times it can be reset by disconnecting the negative battery for 5 minutes. then reconnect and try your lights if you are all set you will need a module still but wil know what is wrong

User Avatar

The far right side of the instrument cluster. Or, did you mean the fuel level sending unit? That's located inside the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump module. To replace the sending unit you have to replace the entire fuel pump module, which means removing either the fuel tank or the truck box.
