For the turn signals, or the four way flashers? It would help if you gave a model. Kenworths usually require Torx bits (T25, IIRC) to remove the panels the switches run through. You remove the panel its attached to, disconnect the switch from it, unplug the switch, and replace it. You need something more specific, I need a model.
It is quite simple to replace the flasher relay switch on your 2001 Kia. The flasher relay switch simply plugs in and out.
