Usually on cars with the fog light are in lower part of the front bumper are pretty easy to get to. well first you have to look under the car by the fog light location to see if you can access it. you will probably see something like a socket with some wires coming out. On most American cars you have to twist till it can't anymore and pull the whole socket. Then just unplug the bulb, and do the opposite to get back in. If its halogen bulb, don't touch the glass with your fingers b/c it will cause the glass on the build to blister up and the bulb to burn out. Or you can take the easy way to do this and go to your local car part store like Advance Auto, Auto Zone, Pepboys, etc. and they'll put in for you most of the time at no charge.
