The foglight switch is a part of the multifunction switch. First you need to disconnect the battery by taking the negative cable off. Then you have to remove 2 Phillips head screws from the plastic cover that is around the steering column. The screws are underneath the cover close to the steering wheel. Carefully remove the bottom half and then the top half. There are 2 T20 torx screws holding the switch on to the column these need to be removed. The switch should then lift up off the guide pins. You need to disconnect the wire harness from the back of the switch. You have to unscrew 2 T10 torx screws that are holding the wiper switch to the multifunction switch. Then you should be able to remove the old switch. You will need to remove the flasher from the back of the switch. It is near where the wiper switch was mounted. It should just pull out. Install it in the new switch then reassemble everything. You also have to remove the trim piece off of the switch. You will need to stretch it over the arm and put it on the new one. I would test the switch before you put the cover back on. The cover has to snap back together as well as screw together. It should take 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
Remove the dash bezel, remove the switch, reverse process with new switch.
