There is a sort of door you open by removing a screw located underneath the car near the turn signal. Once open you can get your hand up behind the turn signal assy and remove the bulb harness from the lamp housing.AnswerI believe there is 2 little bolts (10mm) you may have enough wire to bring the bulb out to you after you remove the bolts and get your hand in there..it is sort of a tight area

if you don't own a chilton's manual,the easiest way to explain this is to look under the dash,just right of where the fuse panel is you should see 2 2 prong plugs.one is your blower fan relay,the other is your flasher(turn signal) relay.
If you have a bulb that is burned out then it will blink quicker than normal. If all the bulbs are fine replace the turn signal flasher....usually located in the fuse box. Some cars have it tucked up next to the steering column under the dash. I'm not sure about your specific car as to the location.
