You just unscrew both sides of the filter but be sure to have a container for all the gas that's gonna spill out. Put the other one on with the "out" facing toward the engine and screw tightly back together and test for any leaks immediately. The fuel filter is located under the car on the passenger side right under the doors. You need to depressuriize the lines first, but it didn't hurt me to slowly undo the fittings on the filter and let the fuel drop into a container. You also must undo the mountinf bolt (easy, just make sure you put it back).

It should be an inline filter on the passenger side located under the car near the rear door.

Passenger side rear just before the rear axle on the inside of the frame. It has two quick disconnect on the filter. The only tool needed to replace is a wrench to unscrew the filter from the frame.

Default location for fuel filter is just ahead of the RR wheelwell, bolted to the inside of the frame, get under it and you'll see the hose coming from the tank, note..make sure when you replace it that you have the directional arrow on the filter in the proper direction, "towards the engine". jr
