How do you replace the fuel filter located on a 1991 Toyota Previa?

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle in the area just below the sliding door. You do not have to jack up the vehicle to change this. Be prepared to spill a LOT of gas when removing the filter. Work fast. Don't do it indoors.
