you need to buy a quick disconect tool to get the fuel lines off they are about $10.00 or so. and they are easy to use. and you can use the same tool on lots of cars that share the same fuel line size.

A 1997 Pontiac Sunfire has an AC Filter located in the cabin. The filter can be found behind the glove compartment and is used replaceable.
I've never had to change mine, but it's an in-line filter located near the gas tank.
