You need a special wrench from your auto parts store.Slide the wrenchup into the fuel line on either side of the filter.You need to turn the wrench and push toward the filter on either side. The wrench pushes back mini clamps that grab the flange on each filter end.You do not need the wrench to replace the filter.

Find the filter which is under the car, There are special tools required which are cheap at the parts store. They should show you how to use them/

Its inside the gas tank. connected to the bottom of the fuel pump.
In the front of the engine compartment , on the passenger side , inside the engine air filter housing
go to any auto parts store wheir buy you filter just ask them and they tell you wheir it is at.
check on the frame on the driver side under the vehicle. the filter is located on the drivers side tucked under a frame rail under the drivers door
It has a vacuum leak somewhere.
