It's located inside the "frame" rail approximately under the front passenger's seat. It's connected to the steel fuel lines by two rubber hoses about 4" long each. Loosen or cut the factory clamps (I'd replace all four of them with stainless hose clamps - they are usually badly rusted). Simply pull the rubber hoses off both ends of the filter and replace it with the new one. One end will be stamped "Out" so be sure to get it oriented the right way. The whole job can be done with the car just slightly elevated but watch for the inevitable gasoline spill from the lines and the filter - a couple cups anyways.
