The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assembly inside the tank of your model year of truck. It is considered a non-serviceable item. HA! 2003 was the last year that the fuel filter was mounted on the frame rail under the drivers side of the truck. You must drop the tank to service the pump and filter unit.
