The Fuel filter on this model is on the frame underneath the drivers door. After you've found it take something and clean all of the dirt out of the bell shaped clamps at both ends of the filter, even if you don't think its dirty do it. After that you take the special fuel filter tool (they're about ten bucks at Napa, it takes a 3/8 tool) and slide the end of it into the bell shaped clamp. Take a pry bar and brace it on the fuel filter and up against the tool, to hold the tool tightly in place. Then take a second pry bar and pry on the bell shaped clamp using the tool to pry against. Once you get down there you'll understand what I'm talkin about.
