You don't mention what year or make truck this is so I can only give you some generic information.
If you have the owners manual there will be a list of fuses and what they control. It is most likely that this will be a 15 or 20 amp fuse and its easy to find and replace. It may even be that a spare fuse is kept in the lid of the fuse box that holds this particular fuse.
There will be several boxes or compartments that hold fuses in your truck, either along the kickplate inside the passenger compartment or perhaps in a box under the hood....the owners manual will specify where it is.
If you don't have an owners manual then I would suggest looking for a plastic door on the side of the walls of the truck down where your feet or the passengers feet are, this might have to be pried open. Many times there is a diagram on the lid showing what each fuse does. If nothing is found there you will also find a fuse box under the hood in a handy place which would have to be opened. Again, expect to find a diagram of what fuse does what there as well.
One special note: sometimes the fuse comes out hard and they consist of two spade looking peices of metal that plug into the block connected with a colored piece of plastic, either red, green, gold, depending on the amp rating of the fuse. Often they can be removed with your fingers but sometimes very gentle wiggling with a small needle nose pliers is necessary. If you grab it too hard with the pliers it can break the plastic. Replacement fuses are available at any auto parts store and are cheap.
One final note: If the fuse is broken you can see it by looking through the plastic with a light behind....there is a thin strip of metal that usually curves around inside the plastic and if its broken and maybe blackened in there the fuse is bad. If the fuse is bad you may also have a bad lighter as something happened to short out the fuse. Try replacing a bad fuse with ONLY a fuse of like amps and if it blows again you probably need to buy a replacement lighter.....these are also inexpensive. Sorry for being so longwinded about such a simple thing but....there you are.
Good luck !!!!

When replacing parts of a car, it is important to know the general cost of the fixes. To replace the ball joints for a 2003 F150 pickup truck, it is going to cost a person $40-$60 to do it on their own.
Check owner's manual. If you don't have one copy and paste link below; www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals
I had to replace mine after it broke. All I did was remove the OLD stub with a crescent wrench and replace it. It took about 1 minute. That is all you have to do.
