The fuse/breaker you mention is hard to remove. I got mine out and tested it with 12v power and it is still good. after further investigation I found that the little red dot in the center is the reset. If it blows then it will pop out, push it in and it will reset. This is not an easy problem to solve, it is around 0 degrees here and the heat would be nice. I will fix it though.... check the blower motor relay, that is my next stop. == == Trying to help. The heater blower of my 2001 zx2 stop working so I decide to look for the fuse and this is what I found: On the driver side, on the inside wall next and left from the driver's pedals Just forward from the door, you will see two boxes of regular fuses covered with lids. The fuses inside here are not related to the heater however, if you set your head next to the driver floor and light up the up the wall above the two fuse boxes I mentioned you will see on a plastic the word "Heater fuse, 30A" just below the writing you find a large little fuse of about a 1/4" in width, by 1 and 1/4"in lenght and about 3/4" heigth that unplug easily by pulling and when you take it out it look like a regular house male wall receptacle. I believe that this can be the fuse or sometype of a breaker that yet I do not know how to check or reset. This is a very tight area with little space to reach. The best way would be to find an electrical diagram for the car to make sure we are correct. I stil have my blower and heater off service and I will find the solution without taken the car to a mechanic dealer or buy an expensive book that only add price to have a car.
