Remove the Philips screw on each corner of the bumper.
Remove the clips that hold the grill and bumper to the radiator support.
Pull the bumper forward.
Remove the 10mm bolts that mount the head light to the radiator support.
Remove the 10mm bolt that mounts the head light to the fender.
Remove the 10mm bolt that mounts the head light to a bracket near the bumper beam.
Order replace done
Remove the wiring harness from your 2000 Kia headlight. Remove the headlight assembly retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new headlight assembly.
go to back of headlight assembly and twist it out.
The best way it to take your Ford Explorer to the nearest Ford Dealer. He will doubtless employ mechanics who will be glad to replace the headlight assembly.

For the 1994 model (B3000), you can't change just the bulb. You have to change the headlight assembly.
If you're talking about the headlight, the "lens cover" is not a separate part, you need to replace the whole headlight assembly.
If just the bulb then there is lots of space you can just unscew and replace if entire headlight then unscrew the holding bolts and pull out. Then replace with new assembly.
you dont..they are set in a harness in the back of the headlight assembly which is locked in place..you turn it to unlock it and remove it.
To replace the whole headlight, the bumper has to be taken off of the 00 Celica. No way around it. =\

Hi, You have to remove the entire headlight assembly to get to the bulb, which is located in the back of the assembly. There are three wing nuts that hold the assembly in, and those will have to be removed. Then remove the side signal assembly first, then the headlight assembly. I have provided a link that shows exactly how this is done and where these wing nuts are. Good Luck
