On my 87 it was really easy. Just open the hood, unplug the bulb behind the head light, then turn counter clockwise to remove the bulb. Reverse it to put a new one in. I did it in about 2 minutes. if its an 87" like mine first u open the hood take a pair of vise grips and behind the head light there is 2 fork shaped clips with 90 degree angles on then adjust the vise grips to get a firm grasp and pull then below on the bottom of the headlight near the center is a 10mm bolt just unscrew that and the headlight will come out
Be careful not to touch the glass part of the new bulb. Because these are hologen lights, if oils from your hands get on the glass, the bulb will shatter when it gets hot. If you do touch the glass part of the bulb, just clean with rubbing alcohol and let dry before use.
