How do you replace the heater blower motor on a 1993 Dodge Caravan?
some vehicle, the blower motor is on the fire wall under the hood of the vehicle, but I believe on that make and model vehicle have the blower motor under the dash and half the dash has to be taken out of the vehicle to change it. good luck. Happy New Year.
double check that it's the motor most times it's the resister for the fan speed In the firewall on the passenger side of the truck is the blower motor speed resister coils, they burn out alot. I could not find one for my Dakota so I got one from a dodge caravan and I changed the wirring, that is the most likely problem
The resistor is behind the passenger strut in the fire wall. Remove the wire from the old resistor, pull out the old resistor (held in by clips in the device. Install the new unit and re-attache wire. The space is tight and should not take you more than 30 minutes. Replacement part runs around $13.00 at Advanced Auto parts. Just replace on my 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport 3.3 Flex
