The ignition switch is in the dash to the right of the steering column. You will have to get access to the switch and it is probably best to use the service manual to get all of the correct steps in this process. Note that the switch and the key portion are two separate items. You will be able to replace the switch and reuse the key lock portion on the new switch. This isn't an easy task and could take a half day or more to complete.

Remove the retaining ring from the top of the ignition switch. Pull the ignition switch out and remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new ignition switch.
