Locksmith or replace locks

Key or ignition tumbler is worn. If you cannot remove the key, then you will have to remove the tumbler assembly and replace it. If you can get the key out, then try a key that is not used very often. If it works, have a duplicate made of that key and destroy the other key with the problems.
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the linkage from the key tumbler. Remove the key tumbler retaining nut. Reverse the process to install the new key tumbler.

I broke my key in the ignition and cant get it out. My only option I can see, is to replace to tumbler. How do I remove it?
A dealership would be able to replace the key.
You will need to purchase a new igniton w/ key. Most key/lock shops carry them, and you can always purchase it from your nearest dealer for a steap price. Have a mechanic install it because if you mess with the tumbler the internals and pieces will fall apart.
Yes, but if the key is changed or replacement key is cut it must be reprogrammed. The tumbler from Ford comes with "gates" to rekey the tumbler to the original key.
