if it is the same as a 2001 one then just unscrew the light cover(there should be two screws on the cover) and you should be able to access the bulb. If the wiring falls inside the bumper just put your hand under the bumper and push it back out. CAUTION: turn off your lights when changing the bulbs as it will be hot if left on.
