No.
Best left to a gunsmith.
Generally, ejection problems in the 39A are caused either by accumulated gunk, or by a weakened or broken ejector spring. Clean the gun, first. If that doesn't fix the ejection problem, then replace the ejector spring. It is easy to replace, as it's held in with a screw. The spring is Marlin part number 402095 and is available from www.brownells.com as their part number 550-402-095, priced at $2.73.
I need magazine tube with spring . rifel model 81 dl 22 bolt action.
The Barrel has to be removed to replace it. Any good Gun Smith should be able to do it.
Remove the rear of the action by depressing the two buttons on each side of the action. The back and springs will all pull right out. Simply slide the cocking handle off the front of the bolt, and the entire bolt will come out of the back of the action. Remove the pin from the side of the bolt, and the firing pin will fall right out. Be careful not to lose the spring on the firing pin; they are difficult to replace.
You can replace the spring with proper tools. Be VERY CAREFUL a spring that is not caged can inflict serious injury.
Pull pump action back. screw the knurled part at end of stock to loosen it. Remove barrel. Turn knurled part all the way off and plug and spring should come out. Replace spring and replace knurled part. Replace barrel and you're ready.
