Depends on what part of the country you live, and if your talking upper or lower balljoints (usually lower). Here in the Midwest you can expect to pay $375- $550 out the door for both lower ball joints. Also, depends if you have it serviced at the dealership of private owned shop. Keep in mind they should be replaced in pairs, both left and right. Hope this help.
The lower ball joints have grease fittings especially if they're aftermarket so you may want to keep those lubricated.
