first by removing the door panel then you will see the motor if you can see the bolts on the motor you will notice dimples in the sheet metal door panel you will need to drill out these dimples unless its alreadybeen done at 1 time there should be 3 holes to drill you will need to make sure the holes are big enough to fit a 1/4inch drive 8mm socket into the holes.also note some times these motors dont fail electronically they have 2 plastic gears inside the motor that you can purchase for 20-30bucks instead of 65-95bucks for the hole motor and the gears only take less then five min- to replace
