I think, and don't quote me on this, but I think that Chevy might have a recall for one of the rear seat belts because it twists and becomes stuck. Should prob check online before having a dealer jerk you around. Hope this helps.

Grasp rear SEAT CUSHION, force toward rear of vehicle then pull up. Do both right and left sides of seat. Seat belt anchor volts will be visable. SEAT BACK unbolts at the bottom.
Go to an auto wrecker, the dealer charges you 300 bucks with labour per belt!
