- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Raise the vehicle.
- Remove the front lower splash shield.
- Drain the coolant by opening draincock in radiator.
- Close the radiator draincock.
- Install the front splash shield.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the accessory drive belt.
- Remove the generator.
- Remove the heater hoses.
- Remove the drive belt tensioner bolts
- Remove the drive belt tensioner.
- Reverse procedure to install.
