yeas you have to take the door panels off theres a screw behind the srs air bag tag and two in the handle then you pull the sides and bottem out and the pop off the tweeter cover and pull the door pannel up and disconnect the door lever cable and wires...
Remove door panels.. Unscrew old speakers..Screw in new speakers..replace door panels...ready 2 GO..

For the front speakers your gonna have to take the door panels off to get to all the wiring and everything and for the back ones you should just be able to take the plastic cover off and replace them
You will need to remove the inner panels to gain access.
you will have to take all the panels out to back and pull up the cardboard and there are the speakers
Unscrew door handles in front first then just pull off door panels carefully unscrew speakers and replace with new.
You don't need to remove front door panels, the speaker grills come out.
Pull the inner door panels off and the speakers are mounted in the door.
Pull the inside door panels off and you will see there bolted in the door.
If speakers are in the door you must remove door panels then there will be a foam pad inside door usually glued on try not to tear it as this is a dust shield. then you can remove screw holding speaker in place If speakers are in the dash . they will have grille covers over them wich usually pop off that cover retaining screws. hope this helps If not stop at your local ford dealer some there will most likely help you out. goodluck
