The starter is large cylindrical shaped canister attached to the block underneath. You can easily see it by laying on the ground either in front of or behind the passenger tire. Be careful as you start to remove it though, its wires are attached and if you just allow it to free fall or jerk it off, you will damage those parts and have a real mess on your hands.

The Starter Relay is in the {Underhood Fuse Block #1} & is identified as "CRANK RLY". Just pull it up & replace. See page 6-66 of your "Owner's Manual" for location.....
