How do you replace the sun visor on a 2007 Honda Civic?

I am also looking of replacing the sun visor of my 06 civic, but dont know where to get a cheap replacement. This is the 2nd time I'll be replacing both the sun visors in my car. The first replacement was free as it was under warranty, and I think the issue with these sun visors is knows as they tend to break fast. some major design flaw, I guess.

But, to replace it, I think you just need to remove the plastic cover by the hinge and then the screws inside of it. That should pop it right out.

Would you tell me if you bought the replacements from the dealer or somewhere else? I am having a really hard time finding these. As last I might just have to go to a junk yard.
